Carolyn Murphy's collaboration with MOTHER is all about upcycling - "It was incredible to spend time at local rag houses and see how much excess there is, and to work with MOTHER to find ways to repurpose and give it new life," she says. A distressed take on 'The Tomcat', these jeans are cut from ripped, frayed and whiskered denim and patchworked with a quilted contrast. They sit high on the waist, have relaxed straight legs and fall just short of the ankles. The patterned panels are made from cotton offcuts, so each pair is unique.
