Adorable, Chic, Stylish, typical FUZZI Skirt with pleated tiers. Nice accent with one row of silver stitching. Looks great with anything from a casual t-shirt to dressy blouse, sweater... I purchased this several years ago and haven't seen anything similar since. The elastic is a little stretched out, otherwise good condition.
