see983 @mrs_fancy_pants for reference, I wear clothing in sizes 0-2 and I’m 5 ft 4. the sweatshirt is more fitted in the band in the sense that this wouldn’t look baggy if I wore with bike shorts if that makes sense. Lmk if you want specific measurements of anything!
