I got the size conversion wrong. Turns out a men's size 5.5 is a women's size 7, which is exactly a half size too small for my feet. That's a lesson you only learn once. Especially when the consequence is the ability to rock these perfect trainers. Perfect? I mean, don't take my word for it. Ask GQ !!
