Excellent used condition, size 5 from Torrid which is equivalent to a women’s plus 28. It is long- I am 5’6 and it hits me mid calf. Orange with floral print. Does have a tie so you can tie it close, or wear it open. Great to dress up an outfit- or even wear as a swimsuit coverup!
