Elegant vintage brown mouton coat. Perfect for a night out or winter gala. I have owned this coat for many decades. It came to me secondhand. There is a hook on the right lapel but no eye on the left lapel. I usually wear the coat open down the front. The armhole lining had been repaired. The lining is in good condition with no labels or maker tags. Very warm and soft. The pictures do not pick up the sheen of the beautiful brown fur. Typically, these coats were made of lamb and sheared look like beaver and popular in the 50s. I have proudly worn it to several winter galas, but now it's time to find a new home. I have priced it to be an affordable wardrobe option for its new owner. I am 5-3" and the coat bottom hem is just past my fingertips. No size tag, however I typically wear a large in coats.
