Chic black dress with mock neck and 3/4 sleeves. Great for office or night out. Has pleated front on top and on skirt. Size 4, fits like an XS. Approximate measurements are 12” across waist, 16.5” pit to pit, 7.25” across neck, and 33.5” from neckline to bottom hem. Nice lightweight material but not flimsy. You could wear this dress almost year round. I am the original owner and it has never been worn because it didn’t fit.
