Vintage pink cotton blend skirt with a floral bird painted scene

This is a pretty pink vintage skirt that I believe is handmade. It has a beautiful floral scene with birds painted around it. I am not positive of the fabric but it does feel like cotton or a blend with cotton. There is no stretch. There are 2 snaps at the back or side?) of the waistband and a zipper below that. The waistband is 2.5" wide. No tags inside. Skirt is in nice vintage condition. There are unfinished edges on the inside and some loose threads here and there. Nothing that ruins it. The only other thing I notice is one loose stitch at the bottom of a seam that I THINK goes on the side. See last photo. Flat lay measurements -Across waist 14" -Across hips 29" -Length 33"
