I did not think to take one of the “you’ve reached your daily limit one.” The next photos are from a thread on Red-dit after I G😡😡GLED “does PoshMark have a new daily limit on bundle comments,” and this is the first thing that pulled up. It would be nice if they gave me $5.00 as well, and if that’s the case, the more sellers that write in the more money they will lose and maybe they will reconsider this new policy. Just an idea. Yesterday, I was trying to negotiate with a seller and received a message that I had reached my maximum bundle comments for the day, “the day”. However, after 24 hours, I still cannot contact that seller. I can only contact buyers that’s the message I got tonight.I did reach out to PoshMark and let them know that there is a thread on Red-dit about it. I also let them know how ridiculous it is because they lost their commission on a sale, the seller lost a sale and the buyer is frustrated. Also I have NEVER received Spam in my bundle Ccomments only MANY live show notifications from shows/flyers I have never even “liked” and we do not have an option to turn these notifications off 🫤 PLEASE reach out to Posh Support and let them know how you feel about this AND all of their new policies. delmarvadesignsThey have FULL control of this. Got it the first time on Saturday. Locked out a full 24 hours. It happened again in Mon or Tuesday. I hauled off my 4th customer service message. Amazingly, when I told them I’m going to start listing on other platforms my limit was lifted. Completely fed up.

amusinggrace@bigolewoman I tried to use a different bundle And I was still receiving the message. If the usher has an about page you can comment there, however some users do not and you definitely do not want to do any negotiating there. I was prevented from messaging well over 24 hours as well. moxierae13@amusinggrace this is ridiculous PM has a limit on Bundle messages!!! it often takes far more than 4 comments back and forth with a buyer depending upon the item etc... using Spam as their excuse for this is also ridiculous!! anyone can pretty much tell when they are being scammed/spammed or what have you, and stop the chat and report it and that is usually in less than 4 comments! PM needs to get their 💩 together and fix this ASAP! this will affect them big time if they don't!

amusinggrace@dhblair thank you. I’m unsure about share games. I think the game itself is ok because it is a closet slide and not a bundle comment. What it does affect is people hosting parties that communicate about bundles or if a game host wants to bundle you privately about being a feature.

keywest98@amusinggrace vastly different from when I started in 2016. But changes leading up to the sell were positive and encouraging changes, not prohibiting changes. There had never been a limit on the number of shares, that I know of, until a few years ago. I mean purpose does that serve? Isn’t that the “community” Posh encouraged? Now it seems the changes are totally counterproductive.

amusinggrace@keywest98 Additionally during he transition sale when everything was glitchy, comments disappearing I lost over 60,000 followers in ONE day. I know the number b/c I keep record for Secret posher. Support had no reasoning for it, neither did there IT. So,I am working my way back to 300,000k. So annoying. Hours of clicking and following, sharing etc. Grrrr and no you cannot tell me they were all bots, 60,000? 600 mayyyy-be. They had no answer and surely did not send any new ones my way.

amusinggrace@adriennebebow so the number of shares usually goes by a 24 hour period from my experience unless they’ve changed that recently, which who knows at this point. But as the next hour passes and some of your shares drop off, you should be able to start sharing again. I call this “share jail “They also have a “follow jail”. I end up and followed jail a lot because I’m always trying to gain followers. I did contact Support about this approximately two years ago.

amusinggrace@adriennebebow They said it’s not really “jail” and it usually let you share again after a certain amount of time unless you really over shared it might be longer than 24 hours. I believe they allow 5k to 8k shares a day and I think it depends on how many times you end up in share jail honestly I’m not sure what the algorithm is on it but it’s quite a lot and I think follow is between 8k and 11k they won’t give you an actual number of course

ameryjsThis is REALLY Ridiculous... Was Restricted Yesterday...Today was able to send 4! Only 4 bundle messages split between 3 different sellers today before I was restricted AGAIN Was only able to complete 1 transaction today (as a buyer) and it was only possible because I was able to message in a closed order.

amusinggrace@ameryjs I would write that all into support if you haven’t yet, I am sure you did already though . I wrote to them again today. I received a standard form letter but it is other complaint in record. Ugh, so annoying. Let them know they are losing money. That is the only thing that gets their attention.

amusinggrace@keywest98 hi there. No I have not heard anything more from PoshMark about it. I think we get the standard answer and they forget about us until enough people email them about it. I dont know what “enough” people is, maybe a % of their users. I have tried to really limit my bundle comments so I do not have the issue incase I actually need the comments to make a sale 🫤. Sorry, I wish I had more information for you.

amusinggrace@keywest98 I received a pop-up today after doing either a bundle comment or share I can’t remember and it asked me how it was liking the app and I said I was not loving it. One star and then it took me to a place to write another email, so I went off about all the things that have changed and what I wrote to you about before and they asked me to send photos, and I said really?

amusinggrace@keywest98 #2 (500 characters 🙄). You don’t have my prior emails from my account because they asked me to upload photos and I said you literally only gave us 4 to 5 photos to upload that would not even be a whole conversation… I haven’t heard back yet.

amusinggrace@keywest98 well it happened to me again today. I was trying to communicate about a game and then walk a seller through CCO shipping and I was cut off mid-conversation with both of them and had to communicate through closet slides. I did send in yet another email to support to please remove that feature..

amusinggraceThere was a pop up survey the other day when I made a purchase that asked if I was enjoying this app. I clicked No and it took me to an email for posh support. I did get a more personalized response on the 2nd email that day but they wanted me to send in photos of all my prior emails?!?! I asked if there wasn’t a way to view it under my account name because they only allow 5 photos at a time. 🙄 I will email them every time I get this bundle Comment message. keywest98@amusinggrace Urgh! It’s so frustrating especially as a mentor and trying to help folks make a sale. Yet….those constant unsolicited bundle msgs from closets I haven’t even communicated with just keep coming and bogging down my feed. I hope they’ll remove this obstacle soon. amusinggraceWell it appears they have not fixed this. My friend experienced this just the other day. So Either enough users did not take the time to contact support more than once (it usually takes three to get a real reply,) or they do not care enough about us to change it back.
