@lucaspfn hey! This is a 44! I would truly consider myself a 10.5 and these fit perfectly. Little loose because I keep the laces pretty wide. But for example in Nike/Vans (shoes I find run a bit smaller) I would get an 11. So if you are a true US 10 may be a bit big but perfect for 10.5.
