This bag lost a fight -- look, she's super cute, but she's got some issues. Some staining on the inside that can likely be cleaned, but that's not really thr worst thing. Her straps are rubbed and worn and the area they connect are just... bad. Now, this could probably be fixed or upcycled by someone creative.
