Vintage Union Made "Perfection Fit by Roxanne" Halter Maxi Dress S/M pls read!

Vintage dress in good condition with caveats. I'm guessing it's from the 60's, and it has some wear, but holding up well; the colors are still bright, the back zipper works and the seams are intact. There doesn't appear to be any stains, worn patches, or serious blemishes on the outside. Because it's vintage hand sewn, there are some odd puckers and tucks that make it look homemade and a little wonky on the inside - see photos. It may have been altered after initially bought, I'm not sure. There is also a small, crescent shaped tear on the back left side of skirt near the center seam and towards the hem - see photo. The hem is hand sewn with a purple bias cloth strip, there are side vents, and the style is halter top with an open back. The dress material is a swimsuit type and has some elasticity but NOTE: the seams do not! The size says 14/36 but is closer to a 6, 8, or maybe 10 by today's standards. PLEASE read the measurements provided in the photos! The last photo, to clarify, is of the skirt from the waist down.
