This is a vintage, Fisher Price, Roly poly round teddy bear plush chime toy. He does NOT come with his original bib and does show normal wear. He is a little "wonky", but still chimes away when you roll him. He even has a funny look on his face like he's angry! :) No holes or rips to the bear or fabric, overall, a fun find!
