Classic and versatile size SM HALSTON Blouse with Bell sleeves . This is in EUC with no signs of wear . White with round neck , hidden button placket down the front and beautiful bell sleeves. Fabric is 60% cotton, 35% nylon and 5% elastane . Has stretch . Does have a subtle flare from hip seam to hem ( 18” to 21.5” width) PTP is 18” and stretches to 20”, shoulder to hem is 24.5”.
