ganna5 @simpsonjen24 These insoles are not the removable type. If you wanted to replace the insoles with your own, they can be removed but they have slight glue holding them in.

simpsonjen24 @ganna5 how light is that glue holding in the inserts? Would I have to rip them apart to get it out or just pull a little?

ganna5 @simpsonjen24 Hi. I just checked the insoles. There is glue but it is only on the toe box of the shoe. None in the back. I didn’t pull it out completely though. But I think it will wiggle free.
