Sometimes I’m a 7 and sometimes I’m 6.5. How do these run? Are they wide?

@marieb71 I'm a 6.5 and also sometimes 7 as well. I would say they fit regular? Not too wide but definitely not narrow. They're comparable to my Birkenstocks in width
