Lululemon black leggings. Internal waist pocket. Does have a front seam. I tore the tags off so not sure what size, but I think they were a 4? See measurements in pictures and happy to get you additional measurements if there are any questions! :) maybe some fuzzies here and there I didn't de-lint but no known flaws.
