mcnyc505 @divagurlmom it may but it might be snug. When it looked it up, it said this: “For a 38DD bra, the PTP measurement would likely be around 19-20 inches, depending on the specific bra style and manufacturer, according to clothing size.” I included the size chart from POL clothing website. Unfortunately, it’s is cm. The Large is 103 cm which is 38D to 38E
