Windsor Whimsigoth Maxi Dress, size medium Black Lace over nude underlay. I believe dress has been altered at the hemline? (See photos) Wide bands of elastic are sewn on which gives the dress weight around the hem & almost an independent movement. Could possibly be altered & removed. Not sure if it was originally made that way?
