@ansley736 they are ADORABLE !! Absolutely brand new (I keep them in a plastic boot bin from the container store since my cleaning lady accidentally through the box out). But I have the the LSF shoe bags for them and I’ll make sure to wrap them up super cute🩷 But to answer your question, they’re brand new, never worn (the soles never even touched the floor).
