Colonial Williamsburg Restoration Redstone Pottery Bowl. Handcrafted in the United States by the Colonial Williamsburg Restoration brand, this pottery is made in a yellow and black swirl pattern, reflecting the late 20th-century Colonial style. These decorative bowls are a licensed reproduction, featuring an impressed backstamp and a glazed surface finish. Measures 7.5in in diameter and includes 3 small felt plate/table protectors on bottom.
This beautiful piece is glazed on the inside and decorated with a yellow and brown slip with an orangish brown coggled edge. The back of the bowl is unglazed and shows the color of unglazed redware. The piece is marked with the Williamsburg Restoration mark. A very well made and interesting piece of pottery for collection or display.
It is in good condition with one chip (pictured).
