Dazzle with this sparkling gold top hat. Perfect for parties and events. This hat was worn once for a Rocky Horror Picture Show event where I dressed as Columbia. Its a great hat and very sturdy! Originally, the inner part was yellow, but I wanted it all gold, so I put gold glitter glue over the areas of yellow that you could possibly see, to match the top better. It also had a yellow ribbon around it, but I replaced it with a black ribbon, which gives it more of a "pop!"
