For special occasion or cosplay, this dress has a sheer shimmery gold diamond shapes layer over top of baby blue material. Flowing sheer sleeves with elastic cuff. Zippered back. Pretty seams on front and back to create shaping. Very light weight. NWOT. Thin belt loops, it came with no belt.
