Label has been removed but this is a darling dress in EUC that has a bit of a classic retro feel to it. Self-tie matching sash and sweet details like pleated bodice with fabric covered buttons. Sheer, flowy navy and white polka dot fabric over fully lined underneath. Im 5'2" and it hits below my knee. Barely worn and no flaws detected. Smoke free, pet free home.
