Vintage Y2K Goth Black Chesley Bubble Mini Skirt Dress/Tunic with Sequin Accent

Bought this dress in the early 2000s. It features a sleek empire waist and sequined top. The short skirt can be paired with some tights and kitten heels for a vintage bombshell look, or wear it over some leggings or skinny jeans with boots for a more relaxed modern alternative feel. This was one of my favorite pieces, but I got enough little black dresses and want to send it to a good home. Also the sequins at the top can be flipped up and down.
