You receive 1 bag! About the soap: these are the shavings off the ends of my hand crafted bars of soap, they are mixed together. There is no one special scent for these bags, they simply smell like soap 🧼 Goats milk soap and tallow soap are both highly recommended for those who have sensitive skin or eczema and is an excellent soap to use during the dry winter months.
