Meaning that the body of the bag was fully painted with navy color Paint. All brass polished to a shine. All Tan trimming /piping repainted with tan color paint. The navy blue body repainted. TO BE AUTHENTIC YOU HAVE TO LOOK AT THE DOONEY FABRIC LABEL INSIDE. ITS RED WHITE AND BLUE WITH THE AUTHENTIC NUMBERS IN THE BACK.
