1980s green linen dress with shoulder buttons and pockets by Leslie Fay Size M/L

This green linen (or linen blend) dress is from late 70s or early 80s. There are light shoulder pads attached. It sports a bib-like V collar and chunky marbled buttons at left shoulder, pockets and left side near the hem. The ones at the shoulder are decorative only but the others are usable. There is a nylon zipper up the back. The dress is unlined. I comes with a matching wide belt. Tag says Size 14. By Leslie Fay. Excellent condition.
