It's not allowing me to cancel how do I purchase the other one? or should I send an offer for something else and you don't send that item just replace it with the other wine bottle holder because I can't figure this out

I did send an offer on some shoes so that you can get paid for the other holder you can accept but don't have to send the shoes but the holder instead its just so you can receive payment for the other holder
