New with tag. There are some dents in the fabric, as shown in the last pics. There is also a less than pleasant fake pleather smell to this. This is probably more of a one night skirt, its not washable, and even with the lining I imagine will get uncomfortable. Just giving my honest opinion. With that said... I would still grab this in my size for the right outfit and event! Probably a Halloween or concert type outfit with some awesome boots. The zipper does un-zip both ways. There is basically no give in the fabric. Bundle! There are 300+ items, in a variety of styles & sizes, in my closet! Over 1,500 5 Star ratings!
