Ralph Lauren 3XL Tall size has a chest measurement of 54-56 inches (137.2-142.2 cm), a neck measurement of 19-19.5 inches (48-50 cm), and a sleeve length of 39.5 inches (100.3 cm). The waist measurement would be approximately 48-50 inches (121.9-127 cm)
