Isabel Bloom is renowned artist from Davenport, Iowa along Mississippi River from 1908 to 2001~ this frame is a cement four-leaf clover with matted perimeter and friend saying in blackwood frame~no defects~ sets on table or can hang on the wall~(the artist passed in 2001 and many items are rare and not being reproduced)
