yet again another purchased never worn Karen Kane pull on elastic waist size large fitted skirt flowy hemline. colors are White navy light blue and a copper color going through it fully lined. oddly there's no washing instructions but I would the fabric is polyester like almost a creepy so it could be very dressy I would hand wash cold water. waste is 17 in but has elastic to stretch and 35 in Long casual enough to wear shopping on a summer day on vacation or dress it up with a nice top at night for party dinner
