@mbz09joey hi! They do run true to size. They are made with real leather so they should be warm, however, I live in California so I haven’t worn them in actual cold/freezing weather. They’re also listed as waterproof. Heel height is 1 1/2” at the highest point, but the sole itself is about 3/4”, so the height difference is more like 3/4”, it feels more or less pretty flat. I’ll add pics to the listing.
