Good shape, minor rubbing on top edge in a few places(a leather conditioner would make this less visible), one strap has a tiny crack, minor staining in bottom. Zipper pocket interior has no cracking and has original wax coating. Lots of life left and have been back and forth on keeping it but not carrying large totes much lately.
