Hi, a couple questions: do you find these to fit like a US 8? Also, is the white mark on the heel a scratch? Thanks!

Apologies I was out of town! They are a 38.5 which is closer to US 8.5. Yes the white mark is a scratch. I was always going to get touched up but they were too small in the first place so I just stored in box
