Darling 1940s pink dress. Ruffle accents. Tie at the waist. Tag - Bob Low Pull-over styling with side zip and functional snaps down the bodice (hidden). Cotton with no stretch. Would not fit over shoulders on modern dress form with bust of 36"/ w 26" / H 36". A body with flex would have better luck getting it over the shoulders. Suggest a modern M with lack of stretch in the material - please review measurements below and judge accordingly.
