EXPRESS TOP
This is a top with a flutter sleeve made by Express. It is army green and has an elastic hem. There is a light spot near the left shoulder, which I think is actually a flaw in the fabric (see photo). It's not that noticeable, though. The shirt is new with tags and has never been worn. Size small. Offers encouraged.
