Chic red dress by FARM Rio. Features smocked detailing and vibrant design. Fit is super flattering and the smocked aspect generously fits people who don’t typically wear a size small. Sad to pass this along but the length was too short on me. Sleeves can be worn on (see cover pic) or off the shoulder (not shown). The item has never been worn.
