Does water leak from this vase?

@sokchant It is enameled inside and enamel cloisone outside so it is sealed. I have filled it with water and it doesn’t leak so i think it’s pretty well sealed.
It is from a trip to China, and usually for ornamental use. Though it can fit a small flower.
