Has clip on the inside to secure pet's collar in the sack. Has chest and waist clip for human on the front.
Fits my 12-18lb Maltipoo and Shih Tzu dogs. Never worn out. I carried my Shih Tzu in it while doing some work around the house one evening because it seemed to relax him from anxiety being attached to me. The bottom of the sack has a firmer, flat surface for pet's comfort. The straps are padded front and back for human comfort 😊
