ILGWU VTG 1970’s Embroidered Dress. pale Blue Sheer Overlay Showcases Balloon Sleeves, Crochet Daisies and Pale Purple Ribbon Detail. Balloon sleeves have hook & eye closures so as to me left open or tight against wrist. Zipper back. Pale Purple Bow Ribbon detail at back of neck. Great condition & over 50 years old this dress is stunning. there is no size tag. I would equate it to a modern size 6. I did find one small spot on left balloon sleeve (see photo). I have not tried to clean this garment.
