I have never worn this so it’s NWOT. Neckline is elastic. It’s also low cut. Silver threads running vertically. Size tag is way off. Measures 22 1/2” pit to pit, but would hang better on a Large rather than an XL. 24” from top of shoulder at neckline to hem. Very pretty!!
