Vintage, 1980s, cloth, beads, sequins, elastic & metal cummerbund belt. The center of the belt has thick cloth backing (base) covered with gold sequins, gold rectangular beading, and round beads. The sides have a "loop" of elastic rope, doubles around for 2 strands each. The hook is gold tone metal and holds the elastic in the back. These belts are One Size, however, if needed, the elastic rope could be altered to make a tight fit.
