Dressbarn Yellow Petite Dress with Bow Detail and Cap Sleeves

Very bright yellow dress with cute bow detail at neck. Would be great for Easter or spring and summer weddings! Top corner of bow is currently attached with a small safety pin but can easily be sewn back on. Subtle circle and stripe patterned fabric. No stains or tears. Noticed a very small black dot near left sleeve when taking pictures for this listing, zoomed in to photograph but not noticeable when wearing and may come out. Worn once and washed as directed.
