Reformation Ocean dress 0

Reformation Ocean mini dress citrus color size 0. I love this dress but sadly I hand washed it in cold water thinking it would be okay, but the cold water shrunk the fibers. I stretched it back out a little, but it is very mini now. I provided a photo of me wearing it for reference, still zips and everything, but I would prefer something less tight and short. Also provided some measurements of it lying flat. Feel free to ask any more questions or send an offer.
