mvphrdlicka @pb63980 it is an actual mastectomy pillow. The image on the package is small but its three sided and very supportive. Its super nice because of the front pockets which hold a phone and meds and other little things you can’t reach when sitting up recovering.

mvphrdlicka It obviously can also be used in the car. I wore this basically 24hrs for like 2 weeks.
