tattooguru69 The wheels are inside the shoe where your foot should go? Or are you saying the wheels are under the caps on the bottom? Because the things on the bottom are just caps, there isn't wheels under them

tattooguru69 If you lift those caps up, there is not gonna be a wheel under them, that's not how heelys are made.. and if I'm wrong please add a picture with the caps off so I can see the wheels..
