You're bidding on a game entitled Developers: The Game That Teaches Generational Wealth Through Real Estate Investment from Salt Capital Equity Group. The game is complete with instructions. The box has been opened but the components are unused (the cards are still sealed, etc.). The box has minor wear. As a bonus, you will also receive a letter addressed "Dear Developer" that evidently was sent to the former owner. The letter references the other two bonus items -- a certificate as a reward for being a "founding developer" and a revised page of the game rules.
