Worn once, top has been altered using a single stitch sewing machine. I considered using a serger for a more permanent alteration but decided against it. The alteration stitch can be let back out if needed. I don’t think I’ll wear it again soon, it’s beautiful but dressier than me, if that makes sense. The alteration was done with the intention of reducing the gap under the arm while allowing it to be body skimming and comfortable for an outdoor event. The shape looked to be for a more straight figure. I am 5’3” and curvy. Measurements are below: Altered pit to pit: 17” (lots of ruching at the bust to accommodate boobs, I’m a 34DD) Before alterations pit to pit was 20” Waist is about 19” Hip is about 21” (measurement taken from the inner lining rather than outer skirt)
